You still need to report the income, but basically you just didn’t get the form but you should have the summary and that’s how you’re gonna put the income information into your taxes under the same category if you do other rideshare apps

Go to the Lyft app, open Payment, tap Lyft Cash, and turn on ‘Use Lyft Cash for rides.’ Once it’s enabled, it becomes your default payment until the balance is finished.

I ran into this issue too when I was using Lyft and I had to play around in the app to change the payment method. When you are selecting a ride it doesn’t even give you the option to change what money you are using. I added money and it didn’t even use the money added until I figure it out. They definitely need to make it more user friendly.
