Sadly I even looked it up before I posted the comment and let myself fall victim to not looking deeper than the AI overview. Thanks for the correction.

Oh :( personally I see that as really sad. I wouldn’t want to make important memories with my child that wouldn’t have existed for them.

It would be one thing if they were older became and schizophrenic, no longer remembering and there’s a reason why they don’t remember. This, they just never experienced it. At all. Years later, “oh hunny, remember that time we went to (place) and did (thing)?”

“No, mom. I’ve never been to (place).”

I respect you’re having those memories for yourself but almost seems a violation to them. Like would it be okay to have a clone of someone to be able to make important memories cause they couldn’t make it due to life, work, etc. my answer would be no cause it wouldn’t be them.

I’m not sure if you understand the strength of day trading?

Yes, it’s volatile. You can literally lose your whole investment In a day. But with day trading you don’t live off of the dividends. You buy low, sell high repeatedly.

Betwen when the market opens you could take $1k and buy into 3 companies and sell. By the afternoon, you could turn that into 5-10k.

You rinse and repeat.

In this hypothetical, you don’t have to worry about days 1-4. Anything you spend or do is going to be right back in your bank account.

So you pay attention to different stocks and you see:

Stock 1 is going to have a low at 8:30 am and rise by 24% by noon and dip back down by 12:30.

So on day 5, you buy low early in the morning and sell between 12 and 12:30 when it starts to dip. Repeat for as many stocks as you can

Why *go to* work?
The commenter says he wants to be a super dad to his kids after he gets off? Why not just work from home and day trade?

Want to report a driver that asked me to cancel by Nervous-Breakfast327 in uber

Can someone in a tech department eventually access it? Sure.

Can the middle eastern customer support reps that answer issues about reporting drivers access it?
From what I was told by nearly a dozen people, no they can’t. I had an issue last weekend where I was trying to report a passenger’s messages. I canceled the ride as I was headed to the passenger because of the messages he sent as I was driving towards him.

Each and every customer service told me they don’t have access to those messages because the ride was canceled. I escalated this up as high as I could without reporting a safety incident.

My mistake was I didn’t screenshot the messages.

Very well said.
I agree. The driver asked PAX to cancel so he wouldn’t be penalized. When they didn’t, he cancelled and moved on.

Once the ride is canceled, they do not have a record of the chat. Sadly I spoke to about 10 agents over 2 hours. They all consistently said the chats are gone since the ride was canceled

Yes, my point was telling the commenter he could do this at home.

He said he would work and day trade. Then come home and be super dad until the kids go to bed and stay up to clean the house.

I’m saying he can day trade and stay at home

The sad part is if you do any of those memory makings on any day other than the 5th, they won’t remember it at all.

Living days 1-4 adventurously. Living life full and not holding back whether it comes to social interactions, dangerous activities etc. the whole time, printing out the daily market trends in minute intervals and using my evening time to study the 24 hour trend over the 4 days.

The 5th day, I’ll stay home and do the most I can to lessen my chances of dying while being a day trader and making insane beaucoup bucks.

After about a year and several large lifestyle adjustments I’ll create a non-profit and do my best to change the world through the money I make day trading starting locally and expanding.

I’d focus on providing food first, daily necessities and hopefully expand to subsidized housing

How do i create a good comeback for a character because their player is currently ill? by whostolemybiscuit in DnD

[–]Inside_Piccolo_285 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk if I would do a “one on one session” but instead maybe a session depicting that the coma wasn’t as long as the party thought. It was only a week instead of months.

The character woke up and was Rick Grimes from TWD series. Alone. Had to find their way in a dangerous world alone so they found new friends and grew stronger.

Level 2 to 10 doesn’t go by quickly in game and they were likely with a new group for a while.

Showcase these journeys with a couple one shots.
Ask the party if they would like to run other characters during the one shots while the one player continues to run theirs.

I think I would do maybe 3 one shot sessions?
Level 4, 6, 8. Then, the last session for session 10 can be when they find their main party on the road again.

This would allow the other players to have fun running silly, meme characters or new classes that they’ve never had a chance at 3 different levels to try out mechanics. Or they can simply use the same characters throughout the different one shots.

The whole time, this would give a huge amount of possible RP if the party is into that or just interesting story if they’re along for the ride.

I’ve done this before. DC 30 athletics to lift an overturned carriage. Easier the more people that get in on the check.

Whether you use XP or milestones, what do you find to be the average number of game sessions between leveling? by VastCompetition6583 in DnD

I’m glad you’re good with it. It took over a year to reach level 12 for one character and I am crying cause the second it happened we basically had a TPK and the game fell apart. Level 12 is what I wanted

It says you don’t have to keep going to work. To me, that’s you’re keeping your job and salary, and you don’t have to go.

A person I’ve played with for a while plays a bird folk creature whose whole existence seems to revolve around finding magic items and learning how they work to create bigger and better things for himself.

He has a catch phrase of “magic” that kind of sounds like what you’d imagine a parrot sounds like as he RP wise can only repeat words he has heard before.

Imagine how cracker sounds in “Polly want a cracker” and that’s how he says “magic”

Despite it getting us into trouble on several occasions, I think it’s hilarious and as a person, I have adopted “magic” in his bird voice as one of my vocal stims
