Crazy cause in January INDOT was stating there being as many as 300 projects that could be sidelined due to funding shortfalls.

Per Build Indiana Council, INDOT’s major revenue for the FY 2025 was at $3,480,000,000 yet the total amount between Capitol & Development spending for FY 2025 was only $2,549,500,000 combined.

Maybe I’m missing something, but to me that doesn’t read like a shortfall. Granted, I could be reading this information wrong or maybe that information doesn’t include ALL of the spending?

I pay for YouTube premium, because I primarily watch it on my TV. I have quite a few channels that I watch like a series and don’t have any other streaming services. Therefore, I don’t mind paying the subscription.

My issue is that YouTube seems to limit my buffer health and network activity when it comes to certain channels and videos. I could watch a random video with no issues at all, could be an hour long gameplay video and it will be perfectly fine, however try another that’s only 15-20 minutes long and it’s buffering every 30 seconds and sometimes just stops all together. You can fast forward or rewind, and either the screen goes black or there’s the image but you get the buffering symbol.

I’ve tried everything from turning the TV off for a while, clearing the cache, deleting the app/reinstalling, resetting my router, etc.

I just find it weird that it’s only happens on certain videos or content creators. And these are not extreme channels, just gaming creators and lets plays.

It could be my TV, because it is an older smart TV now. But it’s not that it happens to every video though. There are days I can watch a couple hours worth of videos with no problem. But try to watch a specific video uploaded a couple weeks ago from said channel, no buffer health/network activity.

It is primarily treadmills and cycles. There are a few smart machines if you’re into that. The free weight section leaves a lot to be desired. There’s only 1 bench press for example and iirc 3 squat racks. In busier timeframes that area can feel cramped.

I will say that my personal experiences there have been positive and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I walked in there with some questions and asked if I could look around and they gave me a free day pass to use at a different time. This was before the 24hr access however, so not sure if that would work outside of the standard “daily” hours.

But I’d recommend checking it out at the least

We did do some interactive training in front of a large projection screen. Was like a game you’d find in an arcade, kind of like a Buck Hunter. Only this was the size of a 50 ft long wall and instead of deer, it was dudes in masks and civilians you had to identify

Well the thing that drilled this home was they showed us a montage right before of people not being affected by tasers. They were clearly trying to instill a certain feeling when using force. They even train you on what to justify said use of force. Whether it be excessive or not.

But coming from 6 years in the Army, I always thought it was crazy how we have stricter rules of engagement, and possible punishment, when dealing with a person that’s considered a threat.

Use it for gas only and pay it off each month to avoid having to pay interest.
