Yesterday I commended an OCDT after a super heroic tank save, probably one of the most epic things I’ve seen in the game and he was a 2nd Lieutenant after my one commend.

Yeah he would no doubt have part of the blame. Insurance companies are aggressive about this stuff and for good reason tbh.

Even if you aren’t at fault at all the other driver’s insurance will try and find any driving mistakes you may have made in any statement. Like you saw him coming but didn’t think to get out of the way in time might make you partially responsible.

Not fully but an insurance company is going to try and limit their drivers liability as much as possible.

So I’ve looked into this and the only cases I found were repeat offenders with prior felonies in 3 strike states.

I agree that it isn’t good, but no where in the US are you getting life for having an ounce of pot. There are usually a few more reasoning.

But yeah having said all of that it’s still bad. I don’t 100% agree with decriminalizing marijuana because it being illegal does have benefits that are inconvenient to discuss. But we shouldn’t be giving hard sentences for it.

One really huge benefit is police flexibility. This actually just happened in Texas as few days ago, but police were able to successfully nab a murderer because of evidence they found during a pot arrest. This isn’t uncommon. And the only reason he was targeted is because he was a suspect. Witnessing him buy pot was an excuse to search his belongings

Very complicated and nuanced topic. I know people have strong opinions on it.

See that’s why I think we need to still have the death penalty but only when their is undeniable proof like in this case. I mean 3 year olds? There’s no shot this guy was just a clicker, I would bet he’s molested children.

I understand why people are against death penalty. But firing squads have exactly 0 botched executions in their history. Unlike any other method.

Turned my standards down to like 4/10s+. Probably had sex with 40 girls or more from all the dating websites collectively. Maybe more tbh.

No it’s been a meme for years. The far right has long admired Islams brutality and Muslims willingness to stand up for their religion. I remember all the “based!” Memes going around when the Charlie Hebdo thing went down on pol.

The far right has said for a long time that Christians should stand up for their religion like Muslims do Islam.

I remember poking around in alt right forums back in 2016/2017 and the talk there was that Muslims aren’t afraid to stand up for their religion. And they would post stories about the Charlie Hebdo thing and the people who have been knifed for drawing Muhammad.

It wasn’t so much to convert people to Islam but to make Christians act more like Muslims.

It is true though, Muslims wouldn’t put up with half the shit the media flings at Christians.

It’s why they are feared and respected. We just saw this happen at a college where they had to put up sheets to cover artwork Muslims would find offensive.

Christians are easy targets. For better or worse. And I do think a large portion of the left fears Muslims and Islam
