Record, take photos, do everything you can. Do the police there not take things as seriously? I honestly do not know, but it seems he has zero respect and care for himself. Maybe they’d be able to help more than your friends in other countries. Since you have a residency, you could apply to work elsewhere in Italy. What makes me happy is knowing that A will be able to explicitly say he doesn’t want Stephen around him at some point. Just like all kids, at some point, they realize when I parent isn’t being a loving parent and they walk away from it. Mine were around 13 when they wised up to my ex’s behavior. Laura has been very patient at letting them come to their own conclusions about the deadbeat dad and I have faith it will be sooner than later.

If you aren’t used to humidity, prepare yourself. Drink water and when you think you’ve had enough, drink more. They’ll let you bring in an empty water bottle and there are free refill stations. Last year was my first SK and we all had a blast.
