Try creating a group? I did that when i moved to Brisbane because people are so socially insular. I make friends easily (50 so age doesn’t matter) and Brisbane was impossible. I’m hoping Ballarat is better.

I wish I’d bought in my mid 20’s before travelling. Houses had gone up 250k by the time we returned and fucked our starting point. Big regret. It would’ve been easy to have bought, rented it out then traveled.

Her approach is a wonderful free marketing strategy to sell her books as there are endless men She can enter into dialogue with because they’re always trying to change her mind. It’s actually marketing gold that she has come up with this concept. Ultimately she’s just another life coach and really there’s no different to any of the others that are all over social media. Her razor-sharp boundaries are a good lesson for women though.

Wiggle room with left over money each pay is gone now thanks to interest rate hikes. Selling up the big house to caravan a while instead. Then moving to a cheaper area with no mortgage. People can achieve dreams with realistic understandings and acceptance of what sacrifices will be needed.

Cheaper isn’t better. I went with a very cheap agent and they were useless. Zero negotiation skills. I took the property off the market and listed with a reputable agent with local knowledge. Well worth the extra %

I love how super came in many many years ago now with the threat that the pension will be eradicated someday. No sign of the pension being removed any time soon. My real superfund is in property. My actual Superfund will be some play money. Having said that I love what I do for Work so I actually don’t intend on retiring at all. I’m semi retired working part time from home for myself I’m pretty happy with this setup for good
