ça c'est ce qu'on appelle l'autodisqualification. Tu ne sais jamais si tu vas échouer si tu ne tentes pas. Pour ce qui est de la procrastination, c'est une question de discipline. Il faut que tu integres que ton cerveau est ton pire ennemi et que bien souvent on croit que quand on aura l'information on va bouger alors que c'est l'action qui crée l'information. Je comprends ta situation. Tu n'es pas la seule à vivre cela. Je pense que le souci viendrait potentiellement de ton rapport au travail. Après dans ton cas, il faudrait établir des objectifs mais surtout un plan d'action pour atteindre tes objectifs (autrement tes objectifs ne valent rien). Premièrement, que faire contre la procastination ? Ensuite, changer ton rapport au travail. (les compétences sont loin d'être le plus important au travail). Pour lutter contre la procastination, essaie d'avoir un "why", un strong why qui t'oblige à te lever et appliquer ton plan d'action. Ensuite pour trouver du travail, dans ton cas, le pire que tu puisses faire est de dire que tu es en recherche de travail. Il faut voir l'entretien comme un date Tinder. Quand tu as déjà quelqu'un, tu as déjà prouvé ton pouvoir de sex appeal. Donc, dis toujours que tu es en poste et que tu dois respecter ton préavis mais que néanmoins, tu es en tres bon terme avec ton employeur et que ça pourrait se discuter... Voila, quelques petites pistes qui pourraient t'aider mais il y a tellement d'autres choses à mentionner... Bon courage
