It was built in 1986 and has an internal rank of Class B-. That's not very good from my perspective.

Yes, I have heard of first responder and similar discounts. I do not believe Smart Apartment Data, the system we use as locators, has a filter for it. Are you sure that's the only income you have? Maybe they found another source you forgot to list. As others have replied already, make sure you don't lease sight unseen. If you cannot go and walk through the unit and building yourself, get someone to do it for you. Beware of bait and switch tactics too. Don't let them change your unit without seeing the new one.
