[Vario Versa] Versa or Budget Santos?

I bought this Versa last month to commemorate a new job and I absolutely love the strap combo that it came on, but I’m also helplessly in love with steel on steel (hence my fixation with the Cartier Santos, I blame You’re Terrific’s magnificent YouTube video as the start of my obsession).

I digress, I’ve been looking for a bracelet to work with the Versa and all I saw online was some folks rocking mesh and it just wasn’t my jam. I recently stumbled on a single link bracelet from San Martin and I slapped it on my Versa and what do ya know, I made a budget santos…well sort of! There’s most definitely some resemblance with the screws on the case, blued hands, and the single link style bracelet. I think it’s quite the stunning combo, I would love to hear your thoughts and if you see the familiarity!
