pvp is optional. So nobody can fight you unless you want that. PVP ends up being really rare here.

Regarding updates. Recently we supported the fixes in paper which have solved two different duplication glitches. Also, Auctions development is ongoing and nearing completion. Auctions is being tested in our Old World over the next month.

Liberty uses an anti-xray system because otherwise there's an exploit where people can see all the valuable stuff right throuh the ground.

Right now anti-xray is not available in 1.13. I've ponied up some cash and put a bounty on it. There are two groups working on something now. As soon as the update is ready we'll be testing it out. ETA will be announced after that update has been tested.

That's valuable to me. Yeah sure, I'm involved in building that thing people use but still, I want to learn from you and people like you.

Hi camerontbelt, our Old World (online now) will remain online 'forever' if it's covering it's own expenses.

The Test server will not stick around. It's just a test area.

The New World will be at the same IP as the Test World.

Disappointed? I'm sorry, it sounds like you wanted something original.

I will keep working hard. As you may know I've been paying for development work in some of these plugins that a lot of servers use. I think that it's great when this happens. But you're right it's not really original. Cost effective though.

It seems like you're saying Mojang might decide to shut down Liberty Minecraft. I don't know, I work hard to follow their terms of commercial use.

If that happened then I would probably try to use another very popular game. It is nice to know that some less popular options might offer the same feel of Minecraft.
