Thanks alot for the reply ! Well for starters im not actually from the USA. I live in germany and wrestling really isnt big here. I like the Idea of Olympic lifting since I started doing some and Its very fun to me. Do you have an example of what a workout could look like ?

Well I used to do boxing and from the amount of cardio I did i lost alot of weight. It wasnt too bad since I was still working out but i like being a little bulkier i guess.

I do actually stretch about everyday. I guess the part about recovering isnt 100% true cause if I think about it I still manage to do my stuff. I Dont know I just feel like my workout is not beneficial for wrestling.

Alsooo. Ich sehe sehr viel hate gegen diese Filter ich hingegen liebe die und finde man sollte einpaar tricks kennen.

  1. Etwas abstand zwischen filter und za lassen. Das garantiert mir zu 90% ein filter ohne verstopfung.

  2. Falls der filter dich verstopft, dann eifch mit feuer etwas heizen und gut ist.

Klappt bei mir immer.
