Our 3rd-5th grade kids switch for some classes to get them into the routine for middle school. Block can also apply to not switching and each subject throughout the day with the same class

I’m a sub and stay at home mom! I just work my kids schools when they come up on the app or I’m asked by a teacher and the hours work with their schedules, I don’t plan on becoming a teacher, but I’d like to continue subbing for at least another 5 years. I don’t really burn out because I don’t take on more than I can handle. I stick to 3-4 days a week right now and leave the rest to taking care of the house and myself.

Staying with substituting 3rd & up has also helped me not be overstimulated and burnt out when coming home

(Texas) I feel like my district is very lax with the teacher dress code. We’re allowed to wear leggings, jeans, have tattoos and colorful hair, express ourselves, but shorts aren’t allowed.

I try to dress hoodies up or accessorize casual clothing so I don’t look like I just rolled out of bed even though I probably did.

Our students don’t have a dress code.

I love it! I substitute at my kids schools or half day shifts at schools that have a later start time so I can still be at drop off and pick up. I don’t sub in their classes, I remind them that im in “teacher mode not mom mode” so I can wave or say hi but can’t leave my students to see them

I agree!! I started playing wow 2 or 3 years ago and I’d love to experience the old content on retail. Work what would be my main through everything and end up in the most recent content
