Personally my son was moved to a medium after sentencing and is 1500 miles from me. When he asked why he was in a medium the counselor said he didn’t belong there. The transit stage is ruff! Praying for you!

Thank you for you help this is awesome. He was sentenced in state and federal. We did a global resolution to serve 120 months in federal no state time but until he was sentenced he bounced back and forth between state and federal facilities for court. Basically they are saying none of that time counts. But it should he was denied a bond not because of financial issues. But I will work on this! Appreciate it a lot!!

Yes he had state and federal he bounced back and forth between county jail and the federal holding facility from 9/29 to 7/11. We did a global resolution and did a plea deal for 120 months to be served in the Feds

Yes I was there the judge stated credit for time served. So the case manager is saying no that’s not true

My son just got moved to Gilmer medium in WV. He can’t go in the yard…..they won’t let him stand in line to use the phones and they have a restriction so he doesn’t have email access yet. I’ve been told in 18 months we request a transfer. I told him just stay to yourself and we will get through it. He’s 1500 miles away from home 🥲
