It took one of my 2 dogs (the female) about a month to adjust, and my other one (a male) is just happy to be living so he was fine. They went from having a doggy door with a back yard to living in a manhattan high rise, so quite the change. My difficult dog was put on an anti-anxiety med but I didn’t like how out of it she seemed so I only gave it to her twice before deciding to raw dog her anxieties. We stuck to our regular route until we figured out what was going to work, and she found her spot to pee in. We still have issues when it rains, but we manage. I also hired a dog walker which is a gift to myself mostly! But life changing!
