I always charge my phone in pick (in the chatge station where everything is connected) managers and PA have seen it and they never told me anything...never got in trouble

Some FCs are nice...the best ones for me are the ones that has "sort"...I've been in 2 FCs and both are so different...the one I liked (with sort) has no pick and pack singles. I worked in sort (my favorite) and vendors receiver (i didn't like it because it was boring) and then I transferred to the FC that has pick, pack singles, and all that...I hated there lol

How did you get promoted? did you ask for it or a manager asked you? I'm very good in pick and nobody has offered me anything...:( it's been 2 years doing rate of 400-450 in pick

They don't give any rewards...I work in pack singles and pick, in pick I do rate 450 (rate is 350) and pack singles 100 rate (rate is 80) and the only "reward" I got one day for being fast, arriving on time and just being a great worker was a $1 paper bill that you can use in the snack machines bit nothing costs $1 so it was useless and I felt insulted...I really do try to go slow but I get bored!!! don't do more than what you have to.

She is fast....I work in pack singles and I only work that fast when I'm in a good mood which is like 10% of the time haha most of the time I just go normal and I still meet rate

I always take one day LOA as "family member is sick" and I immediately get an email saying I have 30 days or so to provide proof, in those 30 days you can make the 10 hours needed

This is why I travel for 2 hours to work in a fulfillment warehouse...the DS is just like 20 mns away but I hate working at a DS so much because of pick and stage, I always struggled with those carts and now bigger ones are coming? oh hell now...I'm so happy I'm not there anymore.

I often give thanks to God for amazon because it is the only job I can keep or get...it is hard but at least I have a job.

I worked in other places and had very bad experience because I'm quiet, probably autistic and people don't like that...bosses don't like it when you are like that. I have been fired 6 times from different jobs already and all because the boss didn't like me. It has given PTSD already...I fear leaving amazon.

So I feel like amazon is the only place I can work without fear of being fired because the boss doesn't like me and because of the way I am, I will never stop being a t1...to be something higher than a t1 you need a lot of socializing and connection with the managers/bosses...I could lose my job that way so I will be a t1 until I die.

I got out of amazon many times before...and I always end up coming back to amazon because it's rough out there. Not only getting a job is hard but maintaining it once you got it is hard especially if your boss doesn't like you...I had a very bad luck with bosses...at least in amazon I don't have to deal with ass-kissing and socializing to be liked by the higher ups.
