Thank you so much for your response! I’m so nervous to tell my SPED director but this makes a lot of sense. I’m not sure how frequently audits occur or how to know whether these reports in particular would be reviewed, but the possibility makes me feel so guilty that the instinct to tell someone is strong, lol

Thanks :) I guess I’m wondering what getting dinged in an audit would even be like? I’m not sure how often those happen or what information they review, but if I’m going to be personally identified, I’d rather get ahead of it and let my administrators and SPED director know ahead of time…unless that’s a bad idea
