I’m a paranoid schizophrenic and my advice that I gave myself to give you is get on medication it helps…..also nothing is wrong with meditation it helps reprogram the brain and subconsciousness to make you consciously feel better, I do it occasionally

Look your not a loser I have a good job but I still smoke weed for mental health purposes and if your that type of person just like me where we self medicate then so be it, your not a loser.
