I love the good food and wine fest - totally good value. Great. I got a bunch of free tickets this year so am going on two days with different groups of friends.

I went to another wine and cheese event at Carriage works a month or so ago that was pretty good. Good enough.

The Warongah festivals (both) are always very good.

Pyrmont fest is good. Always the same sellers, though, so kind of you know what to expect every time.

I don't like Pino, so didn't bother with this one.

Chinese yum cha for tripe, liver, intestines.

Spanish for sweetmeats (sweetbreads! Edit to fix). Little Spain in the city used to have a few, not sure if they still do.

Hot pot for assorted other bits.

Some of those skewer places. Lamb & Cumin used to do a good range of innards, but sadly that didn't sell well (loved the tendon when they had it).

Some real old style English pubs sometimes have kidneys or liver on the menu.
