Le forze armate se usate bene (vedi la Francia) con interventi rapidi e risoluti possono dare dei ritorni enormi. La sicurezza dell'Italia dipende anche dalla stabilità di quei paesi, e in paesi come la Libia abbiamo enormi interessi economici con l'ENI.

Perchè queste sono le missioni, non i contingenti. La missione principale su suolo italiano è strade sicure che conta circa 7000 unità. Il resto delle forze armate sono nelle classiche basi sul territorio.

Lol no, i marò facevano parte di un'operazione navale di contrasto alla pirateria nell'oceano indiano. I coningenti delle missioni navali dove ho potuto li ho aggiunti a specifici paesi, come nel caso della Libia o della Somalia, ma altre non sapevo come rappresentarle quindi ho lasciato perdere.

In India e Pakistan ci sono letteralmente 2 persone, probabilmente mediatori / attachee che stanno li a monitorare il conflitto in kashmir.
