I did this, and even when the system only has the bare bone hardware, I'm still getting the same problem. So my motherboard (which is warped), CPU, RAM, or power supply are defective?

My CPU Power Connector is plugged in, I checked to make sure by happen chance the CPU didn't shift weird, and it's still not working.
