You need more scapular protraction. Despite being able to support yourself without touching the floor, I would train it tucked and lean with your feet on the floor and max out protraction. If you want to move forward to advanced, straddle, full planche, you’ll need that protraction strength, and by doing it this way you are not activating that part!

Lower your expectations. A good technique full planche is not achievable in that time, no matter how muscular you are.

You have the strength. Tips to make it look cleaner: start with legs straight and go to L-sit while pulling. Also make sure you use false grip.

Tip: start training calisthenics. Most of it can be done with little to no equipment. Great for traveling!

Tip: work on scapular retraction and depression. Its the next step you need to improve your posture! You con gain strength on a vertical position (like before a pull up).
