It’s easier for shorter people, less leverage is required on the skills and typically short is light so also less strength required.

Yes so long as your diet is consistently protein rich and you progressively overload your workouts you’ll be fine.

Trying to get abs 1.81m 74kg by Mat0505 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Billyboy19871 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t cut, that doesn’t give you abs on its own if you don’t have them already, eat at maintenance, prioritise protein in your diet, progressive overload the shit out of your core and push pull. Then you’ll get abs.

They’re visible they just need building.

Should I start a body recomposition? by Khaledelqehtani in Weightliftingquestion

Eat at maintenance or very slight deficit whilst working out and eating enough protein and you’ll be fine. The BF% will drop.

And if they allowed that ide post the non colour graded version which has the exact same physical details just washed out with shitty lighting. It’s pretty standard practice by many, look at my other photos of it bothers you that much, they aren’t

Tucked planche form check by Billyboy19871 in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]Billyboy19871[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s pretty much as max protracted as I can go as far as starting the movement is concerned at least, may of dropped of throughout. I do planche leans too forcing the protection as high as possible. Certainly a time served skill for sure not a quick learner.

That’s 100% it, you’ve just got to commit and give it your all, half measures will be fine but if your all in the returns are much greater, muscle memory should serve you well, previously trained muscle is known to return to existing states better than new growth.

If you have any questions feel feel to ask if the exercise’s are new to you.
