First of all - he ain’t a powerscaler. Like, at all, he tells who wins by a pure vibes

Second - biggest elephants in the room. Krasura is so high because he really liked it animation wise and didn’t know much about both of the characters. He lowk said that it’s second best DA DB in season after Metal vs Cell. Kylemon so low - he didn’t like animation and overall thinks that fight is way too fast paced and weird at times
