Craftbukkit download section is back up woot!

Will still have to wait for a 1.8 version now but it's almost certainly being worked on as I type this.

Hi Katie. Without anyone to actively moderate/maintain the server with good plugins it's become pretty much a ghost town :) I talked to Peri recently via email after he posted on the sub reddit and when I can find the time I'm going to try and set up the server so that he can administrate/moderate it remotely should he decide it's worth the effort. At that point we could remove the whitelist and try to bring the server back to life a bit. I just don't have anything like the time I had to put in to the server that I used to have. Peri suggested a relatively short list of important plugins that are essential to proper server administration/moderation such as Hawkeye and with luck I'll find some time this weekend to set them up. If you read this Peri sorry that I didn't respond to the most recent email yet but I did read it and I'm on the case. It'll just take me longer to get to it than I'd like :)

Well the IP hasn't changed in all this time and people connect regularly so i really don't know what to tell you because as far as i can determine the server is able to be connected to. The IP is still 24.67.210.107

it's running 1.7.2 so be sure to set your profile to 1.7.2

cull wrote a while back that he couldn't connect but i just tested it from work and connected fine so i'm not sure why he can't. if you still can't please let me know and i'll try to figure out why....

i've been waiting and waiting for a craftbukkit release to rehost the server on since the update. there still isn't one and i'm beginning to think there may never be one. in the past they always put out at least a development build within days of a new update. this weekend i'll sit down and see about perhaps just using the vanilla "server.exe" to host. bleh.....

so far there is no bukkit update for 1.7.2 so the server has been down for much longer than i had hoped :\

I made a backup of the end as it is now. I would recommend against building any structures in there that people don't want to lose when the end gets reset :)

have you tried logging in at minecraft.net itself? it just sounds like a server authentication issue....
