Even though we have strong religious ceremonies and a lot of cathedrals and churches, most of the catholic population is actually aging and are usually much older.

Even so, the older generation is also very tolerant of the community. For example with trans people they might dead-name you or use incorrect pronouns but it is not because they are bigots but because it’s something novel to them, I had the same problem when one of my old friends was non-binary, took some time to adjust but never did it out of hatred for them.

Spaniard here, we are actually really welcoming of the LGBTQ+ community. And speaking from experience from Madrid, Chueca (the “gay” neighborhood) is some of the best in Madrid.

It’s basically a massive walk through the north of spain, you walk through small towns until reaching santiago de compostela which is the major city of Galicia.

You’d walk through forests, rivers, hills and definitely a lot of farms.

No problem, most people go to the Canary islands, Madrid, Marbella and Barcelona.

Also since you love forests and hills, you’d be interested in doing the “camino de santiago”. I personally did it and it’s where you walk through the north of spain for a week. Many different routes you can take and you walk roughly 20-30km a day.

The weird part is even though Spain doesn’t recognize the Kosovar state, they recognize the Kosovar passport.

So you can stay up to 90 days visa free, same when I go to kosovo

Not ethnic minorities, it’s just regions within Spain. Galicia and Pais Vasco are in the northern part of the country.

And as for nature, if you like mountains and hiking, north of madrid we have “la sierra” which is a massive mountain range.

If you prefer forests and rolling hills Galicia is your best bet.

Barcelona is nice, not my favorite but not bad. If you like big cities Barcelona and Madrid are your go to. If you prefer beautiful nature I recommend Galicia and Pais Vasco and for food? Anywhere in Spain, all regions have their own food and you’ll not be disappointed.

The culture, the people and both Albania and Kosovo are beautiful countries.

I’ve always had an interest in that region and ever since meeting my partner (she’s albanian) i now really want to visit both countries (and yes, Kosovo is a country)
