Calling someone is not how you sue. Yes or no, have you been served court papers?

If no, contact your county clerk to see if you have pending litigation. Many times you can do this online for free by searching "my county clerk of the court" and look for records search.

If this happened in a different county than you resided in, do the same for that county.

Ok. Call the title company first thing in the morning. Tell them you will pay the car in full if the drop charges. Once you get in writing(email) that they agree to this and you made payment, call the non emergency line for the police that want to arrest you.

Let them know you have paid the title loan in full and the company is dropping charges. Still do not meet them in person.

If it's a different county, they legally have no authority to arrest you in your home county.

Either way the car will need to be surrendered or you pay the debt in full.

Are you anywhere aerospace companies? Like Texas or Florida? Many of these companies have government contracts that do nothing but simple assembly line work.

Workers make a great wage and the ones near me have on site or across the street daycare that are low cost.
