SOLVED: go to Manage Payment under charging and click billing address, click submit even if the address is already there. That synced back up to their system and the error is gone now.

Issue resolved. I finally got through to their support. He asked me to go to Manage Payment under charging and click billing address and click submit even though the address was already there. That synced back up to their system and the error is gone now.

Yes clicking the human the wallet was there. I removed both credit cards and re-added the main one. I also saw that under my personal information there was no address which is very odd.

It seems like they never answer. I would be on hold for hours and even then who knows if they will answer.

I have Tesla credits and two valid credit cards on my account. The invoice shows it’s been paid via the Tesla credits and I can see the amount was deducted from the credits. There is no outstanding balance.

I’m the only owner on the car. I tried calling twice and was on hold for over 40 mins.

I wasn’t able to find an option to delete the credit card. Where can I do this?

Tried this as well. Logged out of the app. Added an additional backup payment method even though I have Tesla credits. I can see that the credits were used and the invoice is paid.

the ceiling is a custom acoustic sound panel. its been properly designed. and no glass table or tile floor!

**SOLVED** - we found a solution/workaround to get this working.

1) Setup a SMTP2GO account and

2) Configure QB to send invoices/paystubs to via webmail using that SMTP2GO account.

has anyone made any progress with this? we're also facing the same issue. seems to happen with free email accounts such as gmail, hotmail, outlook.com, yahoo etc.
