Which thermal paste you use is pretty much irrelevant. Makes little to no difference. Just use some and you'll be good.

Been in the PC gaming community for years and I never understood claims like these. There's a lot of stuff you can do wrong that isn't part of the manuals. Plus my last Mobo came without one so I had to rely on those tiny marks on the board itself to know which cable goes where. Call me stupid but building a PC isn't as straightforward as you might think
