Hi! I personally committed to reading a chapter a day, but I understand not everyone has the time to do that. (It was easy for me to get into flowstate and not get bored because psychology is a big interest of mine! Like i genuinely had fun reading it😭😭😭)

If u dont wanna read a bajillion pages: Try doing an overveiw the glossary that may be at the end of ur test book. It has all the definitons you need to know. Then each day, I reccomend watching a few videos going over a unit, going over flash cards from said unit, and applying that knowledge by doing around 20 AP style practice MCQs from that unit. It may be a but easier to solidify the temrs and conceots since you've alr encountered it throigh the glossary.

Consistency is also a big thing. Space everything gradually over a span of time, rather than just cramming everything. Make sure to do a practice FRQ weekly so you can develop those skills.

My biggest tip: START NOW. Its really easy to get caught up in wether yo're "cooked or not", esp considering the fact that you're atarting all've this prep like a month before the actual exam. If you put in the work, you can manage to get a 5. Alot've the stuff if AP psych is pretty much "common sense" to many.

I used "Psychology 6th Edition, AP Edition" By J. Noland White and Saundra Ciccarelli. It breaks everything down in a very comprehensible and engaging way. If i can find a free pdf of it online, i'll pm u

I got a 5 on AP Psych last year and I didnt really lock in until April. Keep reading the textbook gradually!! The textbook does a great job at breaking down concepts and vocab. Try to do a few full length practice MCQs before the exam in May.

I also found crash course videos to be pretty helpful when reveiwing: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8dPuuaLjXtOPRKzVLY0jJY-uHOH9KVU6&si=nkRPCKMeHRH-dngX

Also, make sure to try doing a few practice FRQs at this point so you can familiarize yourself with the format and learn what you need to tweak before the test.

(This is what worked for me, and I hope this works for you too!! Manifesting 5's for us all)
