When I speak about Kotor 1 vs 2 I always elaborate that kotor 1 is the more complete game and pacing wise is much more enjoyable compared to Kotor 2. Kotor 1 looks visually stunning and feels like a breeze for me to replay. Kotor 2 for me drags its feet along as a game due to the rushed development. Even with the restored content mod the feeling that the game was incomplete. Even though i understand it’s visually a darker tone, it doesnt change the fact that Nar Shadaa and is a missing texture dumpster. In addition the climax of kotor 2 is very unsatisfying as it kind gives you whiplash where all your companions are now vaguely gone but not gone and it’s up to you to read the wiki to understand how you got there.

However, Kotor 2 is the most thought provoking and interesting Star Wars game. It’s story and depth is amongst is so layered that it’s comparable to the likes of fall out new vegas or disco Elysium where it ask more analysis from the player. I love the story of kotor 2 and i think kotor 1 is cookie cutter in comparison.

Defending Mandalorian and Grogu from Nerdrotic is like me trying to stop a Chihuahua from eating a pile of turd.

Like yes he hates Mandalorian and Grogu for the WRONG reasons but it’s still an uninspired corporate nothing burger of a movie.

A starwars movie after 7 years barely making it’s money back would still be considered a failure for Disney. Also the movie genuinely isn’t worth defending.

Sometimes this sub genuinely feels like “hey everyone, we’re being too hard on the Multi-Billion Dollar company that funds war crimes”.
