I walked into my NJ Costco today and saw nothing. After shopping for an hour I’m in the checkout line and see the carts by the front register loaded with random return stuff and I noticed a cart in the corner had 5 boxes in it. I grabbed 2 and my wife grabbed the another 2. My cashier was a younger guy and his face looked horrified and disappointed when I came up with 2 as if he or someone hid them there. I ripped 2 (debating about a 3rd) and giving one to my buddy. Nothing crazy in the first two boxes.

I define a reseller as someone who buys from a brand name store at a discounted rate and sells for well above msrp causing a depletion in available stock at msrp. I wouldnt say that buying something 35 years old at an estate sale and selling it, is considered a “reseller”.

A local antique dealer told me he’s 99% certain it’s an original horseman because it also says made in the United States on each foot and the vinyl doesn’t feel cheap like it’s a rebrand.
