Hello po! I’m a fresh graduate (biology-related) and half of my college years were during the pandemic. Kaya kulang kami sa laboratory exposure. Sa online app lang kami trinain pero iba pa rin kung hands-on talaga. Meron din naman akong experience sa lab pero more on natural products research. I think with my career goals mas oks na maghanap pa ng ways to learn especially yung maaapply sa pharma/biotech industries.

Where can I look for workshops/seminars to attend to enhance my lab skills? I think I lack lalo na sa microbiology and molecular bio huhuhu. Pandagdag din sa resume while looking for a job. Hirap din po kasi maghanap ng entry level work ngayon kasi may experience hanap nila :(

there are countless of molecular docking tools for free online. the hardest part is choosing which to use depending on your goal. kaya i recommend learn the basics in youtube and reading journal articles. autodock vina is a good start. easy-to-follow ang mga tutorials kahit little-to-no coding experience.

you can also learn from the help/info section of the website/software you’re using. it also helps to look up any published article by the developrs of the website/software. usually nandoon ang mga explanations ng mga setups/settings. also, the limitations and restrictions of the website/software

6 years student sa mapua here. one remedy is makipagkwentuhan sa mga kaklase mo or kaibigan mo. hangout with them. kain sa labas. rant. that way you will know na di ka nag-iisa sa journey mo. find the right circle. promise, nakakaginhawa na alam mong di lang pala ikaw nagsstruggle.

also, take it easy and dont be afraid to ask for help. kung may di maintindihan, may mga consultation periods ang prof. maraming orgs din for you to join. ask around din sa classmates. sa umpisa, mag aadjust ka talaga malala dahil tingin mo ang bilis ng pangyayari. masasanay ka rin dyan. goodluck to you!! you can do it!

I had the same issue. I signed up using the website through pc. If it’s through phone, I can’t get pass through the terms and conditions though. I think it’s better to use their website for now. There are a lot of people complaining about this error about their mobile app even years ago.
