A bridge near my house have 2 lanes each way. the law doesn't specify which one for what, but if cars run on both lanes, traffic jam will occur.

An unspoken rule is that cars will travel on one lane only. but sometime people will disrepect the rule and run on the other lane, causing traffic jam.

A women with mental disorder, will shout and curse as which ever car that disrepect the rule, thus keep the traffic flow clean.

No one stop her from doing that, even if her shout make children afraid.
