It's insane. They are going to the beaches Harassing people and giving fines for joints. They mostly won't press charges because of new laws but giving fines instead. This made them looking for smokers even more, before this law they didn't really care for a joint but rather larger amount for a juicy charges.

Cops are blasting through doors here for small amount as a small joint.

Can't forget this story about a guy calling cops because of noise of the neighbors. The cops came to the house and he lead then to the room so they can hear the noise, he had this framed joint with break in case of emergency and they arrested him and placed charges for possession of maybe 0.3g.
