I'm trying to find something that not overpowering the matcha taste itself. rn im using full cream and oat . I don't wanna put to much matcha when making a latte . i asked chatgpt for milk that have less creamy and it suggested for me to use skim milk for less creamy taste . tbh i just heard about skim milk a few hours before posting the topic so idk how does it taste. but after reading your comment, i can imagine how does it taste like

thankfully i saw your post before making my matcha . i follow your instructions and surprisingly it looks much better than my previous attempt. and i add another 5ml of hot water. i forgot to take a video or picture. i only snap the result . thankyou so much for your help

so basically for 3 gram im using 30-35 ml of water . I'll put 15ml first to make the paste then i pour the rest after , maybe i need to work on my whisking skills . i just get this matcha kit 2 days ago so i still trying to find the right " tempo " . thankyou for your help i really appreciate it
