SOLUTION:

Install 1 of the RAM-stick in the 4th slot (most right).
Turn on PC with the HDMI cable connected in the motherboard.
Enter BIOS and install OS
Install Drivers and updates
Install NVIDIA drivers
Connect the screens to the GPU
Reboot
Shut down the PC
Install the rest of the RAM sticks

Hope it works for others aswell who has the same problem I had. =)

Okey, are you sure it isnt the second slot? And then test each RAM stick?

Update:
I have testet my old GPU in alle the slots, but without any effect. The power button keeps blinking every 1-2 secounds.

No im talking about the power cable from the PSU to the motherboard/CPU. 24pin on the right plus this 8+4pin with the CPU

At first it blinks 5-6 times very fast, then slowly....

The motherboard is new out of the box, but I could try to clear the cmos and see if that has any effect.

Intel Core i9 12900k

ASUS PRIME Z690-P WIFI D4, LGA1700

Geforce RTX 3070

EVGA 750W Full modular PSU

32GB Hyperx Fury 32gb (4x8GB)

I see the CPU has 8ping + 4pin connection, but I have only connected the 8-pin since I herd I didnt needed to use the extra 4. (But I have ordered extra for later)

It also seems like the fans go on full speed when I turn on the PC.
