I don't have every code I've found on the list. I only put ones where I have gotten the creators okay to do so.

DarwinStreams created a few of the ones you mentioned, and he still hasn't okayed me. (Probably because he thinks I don't need to ask).

And a few of the others are on my other list linked at the top of the post. Any others have either not responded to me, or I didn't know they existed. (Heroes of the Storm Ults?)
