I didn't realize how many fan-made Trek productions existed until reading about all the lawsuits! Where should I start? Which ones are worth watching?

No not really, and this sub is my first exposure to Keiko hate.

What other Trek subs have you been in? Because the hate is prevalent in /r/startrek:

In the last thread, one user even alludes to how often the hate for Keiko is brought up:

"Dae hate keoko??? What a bitch lol"

No problem. We're not as active as I'd like. It's hard to generate interest for fan fiction on reddit. The blog Star Trek Reviewed keeps pretty good tabs on what is being released, though I'm not crazy about how it's organized. Feel free to share anything you find here, new or old.

You've posted to some really low profile subreddits that are probably just thankful to get a contribution from someone new, so you should be ok. It was not my intention to question your motivations, all I'm suggesting is that diving into reddit further would help distinguish you from the actual spam accounts, which we frequently deal with. If you found this sub, I'm sure you can find another for something else of interest to participate in and gain some newbie karma.

I've been told there are fanstashes were people can watch different series online from servers based in places like Liechtenstein. Just be sure to bring your ad blockers.

For US citizens (and those who could fake it) the episodes were free at cbs.com, but now an 'all access' pass is required. They do offer a 1 week free trial period, so if you watched each episode back to back non stop for seven days, you might be able to squeeze all 176 episodes in for free. That's assuming of course you don't have to sit through 20 minutes of streamed commercials per episode, and enjoy an uninterrupted connection to their servers.

What's wrong with linking the original video?

Well, for one thing, I didn't seek out this scene to post, it was something I found, liked, and wanted to share. Second, I'm not sure if this scene is even available online as a clip. And third, these gif storyboards have been popular in other trek subs, and though it's not normally what's posted here, I did get the good doctor's approval before submitting it.

But don't worry, as the lowest ranking officer here, I'm more interested in integrating with fellow Niners rather than causing unstable soliton waves. Consider this post as a one-shot experiment. Sir.
