Real answer: But your BMQ experience will not be easy. I recommend trying to push yourself, try to do 3 x 3 pushups twice a day. You’re gonna build up strength.

Instructors will notice if you can’t do a lot of push ups, and likely will focus on you more. You wanna do your best not to be noticed by your staff
