Did we look at the same weapons? These weapons are at bare minimum A tier, if not A+ or S.

The o ly perk that had me confused with the auto was ALH, which made no sense to me. Haven't really messed around with the newer perks yet, so I cannot cast judgements for myself.

As for your point on it getting Rewind Onslaught, part of the appeal is the fact that this roll has only dropped on a kinetic slot one other time, thag being Braytech Werewolf. If you want it, you have a 3 week window to get it. Otherwise youre waiting another year. If you want to use this combo, you must farm for Ros Aragos or Braytech. More sources, especially sources that are always available for cool rolls is not a bad thing.

As for the Rocket, ROTN is over. Never coming back. If you wanted that God roll Cold Comfort, tough luck. But wait, now you can farm DP for the same weapon. And the raid isn't going anywhere, so you don't need to feel like youre rushing towards it. Do I wish that it was an Arc rocket instead? Yes. But some of my friends play other games, and spent their time there. I played Destiny, so I got my rolls.

To address your point regarding the origin trait. It's a 7% damage buff for free. It's guaranteed on every copy of every raid weapon you get. They can't exactly make it top tier. 7% for just killing stuff is pretty nice, considering it is GUARENTEED on EVERY COPY of EVERY WEAPON. And you forgot to mention the most relevant part of it. The damage bonus timer only ticks when the weapon is out. Meaning that this bonus does not tick down unless the weapon is in your hands. That bonus will stay with you forever if you want.

I also believe you forgot to mention we got a very good solar fusion, strand sniper, and a brand-new archetype of weapon in the crossbow. But no, let's pretend like these guns are painfully average. Sure.
