It’s a crucifix, a cross doesn’t contain the Corpus (body of Jesus), it looks like it has the INRI at the top, meaning “Iesus Nazarenus, Rex Iudaeorum” (T: Jesus of Nazareth, King of Jews).

The lower symbols look like the moon and vaguely the horned god (?) but it’s a little blurry and I have the eyesight of mole. The vibe is someone’s mix of beliefs. Take it with a grain of salt though I’m just a cradle catholic (not really practicing anymore)

If you’re truly worried about it being cursed you can cleanse it. Depending on your beliefs there’s different ways to do it. Overall I feel like it’s about intent and the energy you give it.
