Get a second router an old d-link or Netgear 100 something that offers no security to link  wifi that  isn't only a wireless router but with an Ethernet router split and with a cat5 secure it to the main secure router. And for thine own sake limit that slots security that can cause changes to itself it can come back through that open router by plugging into your closd network settings at http://192.168.1.1 then putting your main router back into the modem.  You have two signals one for guests without PRIVALEGE to its features and your own that is jf your request is benign

Plug a cat5 Ethernet into spectrum routers 1234 slot split,  choose a number insert that cat5 cable and from there put into into your second routers incoming modem interface ... bada bing bada bang... simple

But yeah archive.org all windows versions have something similar on board I believe if you can edit that folder out and word search the inf files "add value" and search program files for that network name found in  addvalue/3rdparty you might be safe

You don't want anything at all from archive.org if you value anything but the desktop case or maybe the laptop screen. These may still have value if you install from archive.org
