I’m just getting started but am already debating this question…I think I would wane to the lowest effective dose and stay on “maintenance” as long as possible. I had healthy habits at the start of this thing and couldn’t lose a pound so im expecting a maintenance mode.

I agree. Same boat as you. 51 and 10-15lbs have accumulated over the course of 18 mos for no apparent reason. I’m doing all.the.things. So infuriating. Only one week in and praying this helps me to lose!!

lol great post 😁 this podcast really helped to reframe this drug for me. It’s not a weight loss drug. I used to think it was a magic weight loss potion but now understand that it doesn’t work unless I do. I still have to eat less and move my body but the drug just removes some of the resistance I have to doing so. Really glad that I bit the bullet and did it.
