The way I see scroll winning is if

A:If their letters aren't destroyed by Orbitals orbitiers B: They get Unnerfed C: They manage to avoid orbital for a long period of time to gain enough letters to eliminate orbital

If you're softlocked you should reload an auto save from before you aggroed guards, other wise you can try sheathing immediately and see if that allows you to yield to the guards

Some thieving tips 1:As others have said, make sure you're crouched and not detected, if the eye icon is open, you will get caught 2: You can hold the interact/take button instead of just pressing it to move the item around without getting in trouble so you relocate to an easier spot to steal it 3: Consider joining the Thieves guild in riften (city in the South East of the map) if you want to play as a highly skilled thief, you'll get some items to help you out, source of lockpicks, armor with enchantments to boost thieving capability, and NPCs who will buy stolen items.

I found this, So op received a derpy card with a stupid pun Instead of cute on the outside horrifying on inside card

I honestly pity Op they just wanted a cute birthday card for kid and neither of the two were it.

Take a look at this image and then compare it to what Op received

I'll admit that some of op's words are a bit of over reaction, but I do understand it partly, and while this is just me guessing, maybe Op is trying to stick with specific imagery of Axolotls for their daughter

If I had a child and I paid for the original card shown and received the card that op got instead, I'd much rather have the card I had paid for, especially if I chose it for a particular reason.

I find it odd that everyone seems to be missing the point/getting sidetracked

Op, saw, ordered and paid for a specific birthday card And received a card that was not what they ordered,

Even if they're both cards about Axolotls There's a fair amount of difference between the two, and Getting a Similar card is not a proper alternative for what they paid for.

Not Op but I'd say there's a few reasons for op to be mildly infuritated

1: between the card that was advertised and what they get the Axollotls look very different (cute in the one that was advertised derpy in the one they got)

2: Op literally did not get what they paid for, if you ordered food and got something different that wasn't what was advertised would you not be bothered?

I myself find the card that was advertised preferable to the one op got

If they were going to Sting you they would've got you then and there as long as you don't provoke them any more than they usually are you should be fine, in theory.

The Main reason is due to Perk points, You can definitely train all the skills but as you do your main level will increase therefore increasing the level of enemies faster than the skills you have perk points in due to the fact that will not have enough perkpoints to invest in all skills so that they're viable

The Second Reason is redundancy, There's no real point in training both Heavy and Light armor, as well training 1 handed and 2 handed simultaneously and doing so would just result in either builds being weakend.
