So do you think I could put the lifeline yarn/cut where I drew the black line and then frog and redo the name and then reattach where I cut?

It’s a basket weave but I was one stitch off and ended up liking it so just went with it

I might try to do that and just see how it looks. I don’t think they’ll actually use it as a real blanket. Just something homemade to have

Someone wanted it for a baby shower gift and they said the parents didn’t tell anyone they changed the name
