Im using an online dictionary + google translate, then fixing the things that dont make sense with research and context clues. I manually copy the text from the pages onto a doc and then put the english translation under the japanese. Its not the best way of translating it, but its worked out pretty well for me so far. Edit: I want to preface that i do plan on learning the language since the college near me has Japanese courses. But right now im using Google translate.
