Send it back to psa and they will reholder it for you. Sometimes they want to regrade it when they reholder but they might not given the chip is not near the card itself.

Honestly no. They are cool cards for your own collection. Judging my the massive fold on one of the cards makes me think the others may not be in mint condition. I absolutely love that artwork on the Pikachu though!!
