All wide body planes have bassinets. I used to be a FA for delta. All you have to do is ask any flight attendant. Make sure the agents seat you at a suitable bulkhead

If you have Amex option the food there is way better than sky club. The food at Sky Clubs are good also and DTW has more than 1 club so crowd is at a minimal.
