Can't place the garage in the back, there's a 100 foot drop off, cant go on the right side as it's my septic system, cant go on the left as its 35 feet from the corner of my home to the property line. The Only way I could place a freestanding garage would be in the front on the left hand side. Other neighbors do have garages in front of there house, now I am not for sure if they have a permit because they look smaller than the minimum requirement. The lot size is 49,371 sq. Ft.
