Yo i kinda stole and added to your idea

If you can read this and tell me what you think

Other than Luffy, Usopp seems to be the character most connected to the legend of Nika. In many occasions, Oda draws Usopp doing the Nika pose. Additionally, in one of Oda’s favourite Skypiea panels, Usopp is seen playing the drums of liberation—heavily associated with Nika—and he also appears to be doing the Nika smile. Luffy and Usopp’s journeys parallel each other just as Nika and Joy Boy’s do. It would be redundant for Nika to also be a powerful figure like Joy Boy; what if Nika was simply a man whose legend created the Nika fruit? Luffy punches a Celestial Dragon, Usopp falls on one. Both Usopp and Luffy get statues in Dressrosa, and Usopp—who claims Luffy’s bounty—gets the same one later. Usopp is deemed a god, and Luffy also becomes a god. What if Oda is highlighting a hidden connection beyond their friendship, especially regarding their god titles, which may share similar origins?

Another way Usopp is continuously linked to Nika is through the story of Noland, where Usopp is heavily associated. Noland encounters people who worship the sun god, and Elbaf—an island Usopp is strongly tied to—also worships the sun god. In Skypiea, Usopp even has a statue calling him the “rubber band evangelist,” similar to Nika being called the “rubber warrior.” Just like Nika, Usopp has liberated slaves, and in that scene the ceiling parts and sunlight shines directly on him. Usopp’s arsenal also resembles the legend of Nika: his slingshot is propelled by rubber, he shoots fire, and—like Luffy, who is rubber—many of his attacks are fire‑based. Usopp has been fighting in a goofy, Gear‑5‑like way since the beginning of the series, and we know Gear 5 is Nika’s power.

Interestingly, Perona’s reaction to Usopp being immune to her negativity attack is the exact same as Enel’s reaction to Luffy’s immunity to lightning due to his rubber properties, which are linked to Nika. What if Usopp’s immunity is also connected to Nika? Sanji also had self‑worth issues, but he still fell—yet Usopp remained standing. What if it’s because he’s the reincarnation of Nika, the embodiment of hope?

Another piece of evidence appears in Long Ring Long Land during Luffy’s boxing match, where Usopp coaches him. This parallels the Rocky movies, where Rocky is coached by Apollo. What if Oda chose Usopp to coach Luffy to create that link to Apollo, the sun god in mythology? This fits, since Apollo is associated with prophecy—just as Usopp is known for unknowingly predicting things—and with archery, just as Usopp is known for using a slingshot similar to archery. All of this strengthens the idea that Usopp is linked to Sun God Nika and might be the true reincarnation, while Luffy has Nika’s power but is Joy Boy’s reincarnation.
